One week of training down, two weeks to go. For now, it’s a day to rest and relax.
Friday morning … more lectures, more demos, more multi-tasking with my “Dummies bible.”
I did get my certificate for this introductory course in the morning as well. That was a good thing.
More labs in the afternoon, one of them requiring that I at least make an attempt to do it. I completed that one in good time, then went back and went through another one from earlier in the week that I didn’t get time to finish and knocked that out as well.
I’ve been getting up at 5:15 a.m. to get ready for my 7 a.m. classes. On Friday morning, it seemed harder than previous mornings to wake up for some reason, unless it’s because of fighting yet ANOTHER bug (seems like I’ve been catching them all this season). I gave myself 15 more minutes to stay in bed as a “reward.”
It’s felt good to work on educating myself again. I’m always a fan of learning new things. But it can be stressful, making the adjustment with my home life can make it edgy as well, and I am ready to take a few deep breaths. That’s right, I’m ready to RRRRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEELLLLAAAAX!
My Sabbath day couldn’t come at a better time.
